1. Nature of the Service

The company provides electronic payment and educational-platform services, collecting fees and amounts due on behalf of the universities, institutions and educational bodies it contracts with. It may also provide or operate electronic educational platforms and portals for those bodies, depending on the contract concluded with each educational body.

Depending on the nature of the service and the contract, the company's service may be limited to collecting fees on behalf of the educational body. In that case the educational body is responsible for delivering the educational service or content and for operating its own educational platform.

The company may also operate or make available an electronic educational platform for the educational body. In that case the service may include making available books, courses, scientific and educational content and other electronic or educational services determined by the educational body.

The company's systems may be electronically linked to the systems or platform of the educational body, so that the student's payment status is updated and the student is given access to the service due once the payment has been verified.

The nature of the service provided to the student varies by educational body and by the type of fees paid. The details of the service and the amount due are shown to the student before the payment is completed.

2. The Company's Relationship with the Educational Body

Collection through the company is carried out under a contract or authorisation from the relevant educational body.

Where the company's service is limited to collection, its role is limited to executing and recording the collection and sending the payment data to the educational body through the available electronic link. The company is not responsible for the content or the educational service provided by the university or its own platform.

Where the company operates the educational platform or the related technical services, the service is provided within the scope of the contract and according to the instructions and data approved by the educational body.

3. Student Data

The student is responsible for checking that all data shown to them or entered by them is correct before completing the payment, including, as applicable:

The student must review the data and the amount due before confirming the payment.

4. Fee Amount

The amount of fees due is shown to the student before the payment is completed.

By completing the payment the student confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the amount of fees and the service to be paid for.

5. Payment Methods

The student may pay the fees using the electronic payment methods available on the platform at the time of the transaction, which may include bank cards, electronic wallets or other payment methods provided through payment service providers.

The available payment methods may differ from one educational body to another.

6. Completion of the Payment

A payment is considered complete when the success of the transaction is confirmed by the payment system and recorded in the systems linked to the transaction.

After a successful transaction, the transaction data is recorded and the payment status is sent or synchronised to the educational body or the linked system, according to the nature of the service and the available electronic link.

7. Activation of the Service

After a successful payment and verification of the transaction, the student is given access to the service due, according to the contract with the educational body.

This may be done through:

If a delay or technical problem prevents the payment status from appearing or the service from being activated immediately, the transaction is verified, the problem is addressed, and the student's status is updated so that they can access the service due.

A technical delay in updating the payment status or activating the service does not cancel the payment.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All amounts paid for educational or electronic services or for fees collected through the platform are non-refundable once the payment has been completed.

This includes, for example, fees for books, courses, educational content, electronic services, subscriptions, educational services, or any other fees collected on behalf of the educational body.

The student may not request cancellation of the transaction or a refund of the amount because of:

If a technical problem occurs after payment, the transaction is verified, the problem is addressed and the student is given access to the service due. This does not result in cancelling the payment or refunding the amount.

9. Duplicate Transactions

If the student completes more than one payment for the same service, they must contact support and provide the transaction numbers or receipts.

The transactions are examined and the payment records are reviewed to confirm the status of each transaction and take the appropriate action based on the electronic data and records.

10. Incomplete Transactions or Transactions Showing an Error

If a message indicates that the transaction failed or was not completed, the student must check the status of the transaction before attempting to pay again.

If the amount is deducted from the payment method but the transaction does not appear correctly on the platform, the student must contact support and provide the transaction details so that it can be verified.

When the payment is confirmed as successful, the transaction status is updated and the student is given access to the service due, according to the system and the electronic link.

11. Receipt and Transaction Number

Depending on the system used, the student is provided with a reference number or an electronic receipt showing the transaction details.

The student is advised to keep the receipt or transaction number so that they can refer to it when needed.

12. Student Responsibility for Payment Data

The student is responsible for keeping their payment data confidential.

The student must not share:

The company never asks the student to share an OTP or a card PIN with its staff.

13. Technical Faults

The platform, the payment systems or the systems linked to the educational bodies may experience faults, maintenance or delays outside the company's direct control.

In these cases the company, in coordination with the relevant bodies and service providers, works to resolve the problem and restore the service or update the transaction status as soon as possible.

A temporary technical fault does not affect the validity of a payment that has been confirmed as successful.

14. Responsibility for Content and Educational Service

Where the company acts only as a collection body, the educational body that owns the service is responsible for the educational content, books, courses, the educational platform and the services provided through it.

Where the company operates the platform or provides the technical services agreed with the educational body, the service is provided within the scope of the contract and according to the data and instructions approved by the educational body.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

The student's data and transactions are processed to the extent necessary to carry out the payment and collection, verify transactions, link the payment status to the educational body, and provide technical support and customer service.

The data necessary to complete the service may be exchanged between the company, the educational body, payment service providers and the technical parties linked to the transaction, according to the nature of the service and the electronic integration used.

For full details please read our Privacy Policy, available at the link in the page footer.

16. Use of the Platform

The user must use the platform only for lawful and authorised purposes.

It is prohibited to use the platform to tamper with transactions, deliberately enter incorrect data, or attempt unauthorised access to the accounts or data of other users or to the systems of the educational body.

17. Support, Complaints and Enquiries

If there is a problem with a payment, the payment status does not appear, or the service is not activated, the student may contact the approved support channels shown on the platform and provide the data needed to verify the transaction.

The student is encouraged to attach the transaction number or electronic receipt and their student data when contacting support.

18. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

The company may update or amend these terms and conditions when necessary, and the updated version is published on the platform.

The terms and conditions displayed to the user at the time the payment is completed apply, unless the law or the nature of the service requires otherwise.

19. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Before completing a payment, the student must read and accept the terms and conditions.

By ticking the acceptance box and completing the payment, the student confirms that they:

  3. Have confirmed the type of service to be paid for.
  4. Have read and understood the terms and conditions.
